Lover of all things sports!!! Huge FANATIC of the Mets, Knicks and 49ers (I understand you're wondering where that last one came from...long story). Watch out though because my fandom can tend to get a little crazy and is often preached from the pulpit!!!!!!
I grew up in Center Moriches, NY on the south shore of Long Island in an amazing Christian family. I am who I am today because of a mother and father who exemplified Christ in every way possible. Their lives were a daily reminder of what it meant to love and serve Christ with all of your heart, soul, mind, and strength. My siblings on the other hand were a daily reminder of why it's better to be the oldest brother and not the youngest, unfortunately I ended up on the wrong side of that predicament!!!
Having received my calling into ministry at 15yrs. old I chose to attend and thankfully later graduate from Valley Forge Christian College. It was there that I met my incredible, amazing, spectacular, breathtakingly CRAZY beautiful wife, Christina. As we will be soon celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary, it seems as if things are still going good for me!!!!
As you can see from the pictures above, we have three AWESOME gifts from God, our children, Skye, Matthew and Cali. What an honor it is to be their daddy! Our fourth child who was adopted and eats like a dinosaur, is an incredibly hairy child, named Beast (he is an American Bulldog), and our fifth child (also adopted) is a dainty little princess, the sweetest of little girls named Beauty (Olde English Bulldog).
Together my wife and I have had the incredible privilege over the past almost 20 years, to impact the lives of thousands of individuals from kids to adults across the states of NY and NJ in roles as full-time Children's Pastors, Youth Pastor's and now Lead Pastor's. Since 2012, we have been gifted the honor of leading Real Life Church.
There are very few things that I will promise, but this I can; I promise that I have no idea where God is going to take us here at Real Life, but I do know that we're going to grab ahold of the hem of His garment and allow Him to drag us wherever He wants to go. Now please don't mistake that for carelessness or unpreparedness, but what it is, absolute trust in the one who is able, recognizing that I know nothing and He knows everything. Mark Batterson, Pastor of National Community Church in Washington D.C. once said that we should, "pray like it depends on God, but work like it depends on us" and that I will do trusting that God will direct our path.
With that I say thank you. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I don't really know why you did (LOL) but thank you! It is my hope that you will take the opportunity to visit us and see how real we are as people but more importantly as Children of God, and that as a church we can help you develop your own real relationship with this REAL God we love, Jesus Christ!

Hey Hey!!! Danny here – Worship and Youth Pastor here at Real Life! I am also a husband, father, music and movie buff! I love breaking out into random song or movie quotes so if we interact and this occurs, just know you’ve been forewarned LOL! My beautiful wife, Jillian and I are in our 6th year of marriage, and we have an 18 month old son named Vincent who is the most energetic little guy you’ll ever meet. I grew up in Massapequa, NY in a fun, crazy and God loving Italian family. My siblings and I were raised in church and I have been a worship leader ever since I picked up the guitar at 13 years old. I am also a graduate of Southeastern University, an Assemblies of God school in Lakeland, Florida where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business…I know, I know – probably not the typical background of a full-time pastor. 5 Years ago God got a hold of my life in a way He never had before – after leaving the corporate grind back in 2015, I was directionless and not sure what was next for me. During this time I knew that God was leading me to a new season in life and after a time of prayer and fasting – I heard the call from the Lord to enter the ministry full-time, and studied for my credentials with the AG. For the past 5 years I have had the honor and privilege to be the Worship Pastor and for the past 2 Years the Youth Pastor – and let me tell you I have seen God do some incredible things for His glory. But God is only getting started! I know that He has so much more in store and so much more He wants to accomplish in our community! I hope this has helped you to get to know me and my family a little bit more!
